At Niceley’s, we take pride in providing quality, reliable service to all our customers. Please review our terms and conditions below, which outline our guarantees, payment policies, and service expectations.

Labor Guarantee

All labor performed by Niceley’s is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within that period, our technicians will return to inspect and address the problem at no additional labor cost.

Parts Guarantee

All parts installed by Niceley’s are covered by a 90-day guarantee from the date of installation. If a replacement part fails within that period under normal use, we will replace it at no charge for the part itself. Additional labor beyond 30 days may incur standard service rates.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

All payments must be settled before completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. Returned checks or declined payments may be subject to additional fees.
